Okay I could go on and on about how fantastic this place is! Logan worked with us for weeks to find my fiancée’s perfect bike! We stopped by several times to test ride, look at accessories, and chat with the staff before finding his perfect bike! They’re incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and I’ve never seen this place empty! If you’re looking for an e-bike, this is your best option in SF!

Excellent experience! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to listen to our questions and answer them thoroughly. When our questions became more technical, Logan stepped in. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He helped us choose the right e-bike and took us on a test ride to show us all the bike features and let us experience it. We’re extremely happy with the service and the entire team. Highly recommend this bike shop!

I had an excellent experience with this bike shop! I bought my bike from them, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. They made sure the bike was set up perfectly before I left. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great service and quality products. Thank you!

Drew was a great associate. Knowledge about the products and a great personality. All staff I interacted with was Pleasant. I have recommended your shop to one of my coworkers and her and her husband are purchasing bikes from your shop as well.

LOOK NO FURTHER - I bought my first ever bike from here and would HIGHLY recommend this place, seriously! Not only for the quality of the bikes, but the support you'll receive is unmatched from any bike place I've visited. One of the staff members (Logan) took me on my first ever street bike ride as I'm a new biker as of this year, and I was instantly hooked! Definitely sign up for a test ride online in advance as well!
